It have been a while ago since i came back from my 1 and a half hour jog from yishun mrt station to yck mrt station. through this race, Firstly i have to announce that this is my first achievement of the year 2008, Good job xy. that through this race, that really reminded me of who are we relying on in this race for God.
The question that hit me during the run was "whose energy and power are we living our lives upon?" since there's a limitless power with us ALL the time, why are we depending on our own weak strength and be soo stressed up about the things we do and the thingys that are happening around us when we can just.... relax and just trust God.relax and know that he is in control,relax and depend on Him.

well, thank God for this teaching to Jiajun and i today.HAHA.informal teaching indeed it was.

and one more achievement of this year, i can memorize verses, proverbs 3:5-6 "trust in the Lord with all your heart and learn not on your own understand. in all your ways acknowledge him and he will make your paths straight." 3pats on XY's back.HAHAHAH!
